With almost 20 years of event and professional services experience, Reggie M. Kouba has a track record of client satisfaction and adding value. Reggie has built her reputation and success around her ability to see the big picture while focusing on the details that make a difference, whether coordinating a three day event for 3,000 or an intimate dinner for 10. She has handled every aspect of event planning and execution from front desk registration to food selection. She also manages associations including website management, member relations and event management.
As Senior Vice President for SpeakerBox Communications, Reggie served as the strategic oversight for clients, creating and managing the full marketing and event programs for clients that have included the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO), Arlington Economic Development and NOVA Medical Group. During her seven+ years with the firm, she provided high-level strategic support for her clients in all areas of their marketing programs including grand opening office and hospital events, company anniversary and holiday parties, annual meetings and strategic planning retreats.
