Tatiana Eichmann is a seasoned management consultant with over 15 years of experience. Leveraging her expertise in strategy development, market research, strategic marketing, and business analytics, Tatiana helps companies and organizations identify, develop, and execute on their strategic opportunities. She began her career doing economic research in Eastern Europe for George Soros, and cut her teeth as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, serving clients in consumer goods, telecommunications, finance, education and manufacturing, both in the US and Europe. Tatiana also worked on project finance at the IFC in Latin America and Eastern Europe, and lead business strategy and strategic marketing for an enterprise software company. She has also worked with several start-ups and non-profits, developing business plans, marketing strategies and communications plans.
