Our process for identifying, placing, and ensuring quality of our consultants is straightforward and is designed to help our clients and consultants save time, money, and reduce risk. Here’s how we work:

A client identifies a need, a Principal is assigned and a project scope, budget and talent profile are developed.

A slate of qualified independent consultants is handpicked from MindFarm’s extensive and pre-screened database and is presented to the client for review.

The client selects a potential consultant(s), a meeting is arranged to assess fit and a detailed proposal is developed.

MindFarm handles all contract negotiation, contracting, billing, payment, and consultant 1099s. All fees are built into the final proposal.

The MindFarm Principal remains involved in the project and is accountable for results and mutual success.
